South Carolina Association of Veterinary Technicians – www.scavt.org
Founded in 2001, the SCAVT is dedicated to the advancement and promotion of veterinary technology through the unity of its profession. It is our goal to increase public awareness of the vital role the licensed technician plays in the veterinary healthcare team, and to provide a professional unity within our state. There is strength in numbers, and we are binding professionals together one technician at a time. It is the main goal of the SCAVT to provide unity to veterinary technicians state wide. By doing so, we provide a network of opportunities such as continuing education, employment opportunities, and the chance to make a difference.
