The Greater Columbia Veterinarian Association was formed to advance the science and art of veterinary medicine in the Midlands for South Carolina by providing opportunities for professional veterinary education, development, and fellowship. The GCVA aspires to enhance the relationships between Midlands Area veterinarians, pet and live-stock owners, government and the public at large, and to protect the public health by promoting appropriate and humane involvement in human and animal health care by the veterinary profession.
